The game has an extensive map of Asia, consisting of 462 provinces, where your goal is to dominate the world. The game has a detailed order system where you submit orders before each round, and the number of orders you can submit is limited by your Movement Points for that round. The game has 211 civilizations, and you can create vassal states, declare war, submit peace offers, and form alliances with other civilizations.

The game has a treasury system where money is added through income tax based on your civilization's total population and economy. The game also has various building types, including forts, watchtowers, and ports, which provide defense bonuses, allow you to see army numbers in neighboring provinces, and enable units to move into the sea. The game has three different types of fog of war and a tutorial to help you understand the game mechanics. The game is available in 14 languages, and it has offline and online achievements, offline and online Hall of Fame, and Google Play Game Services leaderboards and achievements.
